Amelia Welch loves to work with individuals, couples, and families to help them get to know their values and meet their personal goals. She genuinely wants to get to know her clients and learn what is working and not working for them in order to help them to make the best choices for their lives.
The focus of Amelia’s work is to help her clients share and explore their personal stories and learn more about themselves and the people in their lives. She helps her clients to discover new paths to improve their relationships with themselves and others.
Amelia is an LGBTQ+ and gender affirming therapist who often works with clients to address symptoms of depression and anxiety, life transitions and grief/loss, communication and conflict resolution skills, and relationship concerns. She also has experience working alongside individuals and couples who live with chronic conditions and health concerns.
